I am the individual proprietor  of Joey Jones Consulting. I specialize in design engineering, and executing technical services. My services are not limited to the Eastern NC region. I offer my services globally depending on the needs of my customers. I have been in operation since 2005 originally doing prototyping and manufacturing consulting. At this time I only offer limited manufacturing of prototypes to small format machine work and 3D-Printing. However, I do have many resources that I can utilize if you need a  large format working product.  I have been working directly in manufacturing since 2008. Manufacturing cost saving tips:

Time:

A 3-shift shop with an hourly rate of $75 an hour, reducing a cycle time for a 1-hour part just by 17 minutes can result in $132,600 savings per year. The associated video is a comparison of machine hardware, but cycle time can also be cut significantly by programming alone.

Staffing:
